Bidding:proxy bidding, and extended bidding enabled. We encourage placing proxy bids in advance as the site can lag the last hour of auction due to high traffic volume.
Fees: Vehicles sold on AVR will not be charged additional fees in addition to the bid price. Vehicles sold on anything other than AVR will be charged 8.9% sales tax, 5% buyer Fees, $40 Admin Fees, &; Title and licensing fees
Payment:A-Jacks’ staff will contact all auction winners by 1:00pm the day auction closes with final balances due. Payment is due in full no later than 4:00pm the day of close. Unpaid items will be considered abandoned after 4:00pm the day of auction’s closing, and backup bidders will be given the opportunity to purchase at that time. Backout fees of $150 per vehicle will be applied to primary bidder’s accounts at this time. If backup bidder does not purchase vehicle the primary bidder remains responsible for the purchase and may loose auction privleges if vehicle remains unpaid.
Removal: Paid items must removed by 4:00 pm no later than 2 business days following the auction’s close. Vehicles left longer will accrue storage at $101.25 per day. Vehicles left longer than 1 week will be impounded at the buyer’s expense.
