CURRENT AUCTIONS:
8:00am Wednesday November 8, 2023 – 10:30 am Wednesday November 15, 2023
As a registered tow truck operator (RTTO) in Washington, we auction abandoned vehicles under RCW 46.55.
Any registered, legal, or report of sale owners can redeem their vehicles from impound for the full balance due, until the auction closes. This means that a vehicle may be removed from auction after bids are accepted. A-Jacks is not liable to any bidders for vehicles removed from auction.
Proxy bidding enables you to enter the most you want to bid for an item, the site will automatically bid for you up to your set amount, and when another bid goes past your amount they will appear as the top bidder. If there is a reserve price set for an item, the first proxy bid will be automatically raised to that (reserve) value. With proxy bidding in effect, it can appear as if one bider has beat another bidder with the same bid amount. This is normal and occurs when a bidder makes a bid at the exact same amount the current proxy bid is at. For the second bidder to place a successful bid, they must bid higher than the proxy bid that is in effect.
Payment for all items is due in full by 4:00pm the day of auction.
By bidding in our auctions, you are agreeing to these payment terms should you win a bid(s). We accept cash, Visa, MasterCard, or Discover. All card transactions will be subject to an additional 3% conveinence fee. You are also confirming that you have read and agree to the terms and conditions listed on this page (please see below for our full T&C).
